Welcome to SoulFunded (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the SoulFunded mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SoulFunded. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To use SoulFunded, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information, including:

You agree that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

3. User Content & Gallery Access

3.1 Optional Image Uploads

SoulFunded may request access to your device’s photo gallery only if you choose to upload an image to create a character or avatar. Granting access is optional.

3.2 Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of any images or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant SoulFunded a limited, non‑exclusive license to store and display that content solely within the app for your user experience.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with SoulFunded—including but not limited to the SoulFunded logo, brand, app, website, likeness, design elements, and all related assets—is owned exclusively by Malcolm Williams.

These materials are protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
  • Use the Service for unlawful or malicious purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the functionality of the Service
  • Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others

SoulFunded maintains a zero‑tolerance policy for abusive behavior.

6. Account Termination

6.1 Termination Without Cause

SoulFunded reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

6.2 Termination for Misconduct

We will immediately terminate accounts that engage in:

  • Abuse or harassment
  • Hate speech
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Any behavior that harms the community or violates these Terms

7. Limited Liability

SoulFunded and its owner, Malcolm Williams, are not liable for:

  • Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies within the app or website
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Loss of data
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Your use of SoulFunded is at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulFunded’s liability is strictly limited.

12. Social Media Shout‑Outs (Optional)

Upon completing a savings goal or challenge, SoulFunded may ask for your permission to use your uploaded picture or avatar for a celebratory shout‑out on our official social media channels.

  • This is completely optional
  • You have 100% the right to decline, and declining will not affect your account, your progress, or your ability to use the app in any way
  • We will never post your image without your explicit consent at the time of the request
